Frozen yogurt is at the heart of what we do, but the experience includes much more. Guests can build their own cup, order something from the menu, enjoy a drink, or simply settle in with the people they came with.

The Heart Behind 32 Below

With a background in hospitality management and a passion for bringing people together, Ali Krupp has always believed the best spaces are the ones where everyone feels welcome, connected, and a little happier when they leave.

Ali and her husband were both born and raised in North Idaho, and today they are proud to be raising their two children here as well. This community has given their family so much, which is why giving back is such an important part of 32 Below. Ali loves supporting local youth sports, theater, schools, families, and the organizations that make North Idaho such a special place to call home.

At the heart of it all is a simple belief: Sprinkle Kindness. Whether that means sharing froyo with family, celebrating a milestone, supporting a local team, or simply creating a place where people can gather and connect, Ali hopes 32 Below brings a little more joy and kindness into the community.

For Ali, 32 Below is more than a business. It is a way to give back to the place her family calls home and welcome others into a space built around connection, community, and a little something sweet.
